We built this house and had planned to be in it until we were dragged out by the feet, but Life® happened and our cash flow priorities had to change. Thus, we have to sell it.

Update on the sale and stuff
Since we're no longer listed, that link doesn't work anymore. I guess that means that it's not technically for sale at the moment - but we can still talk.
With the housing market as far down as it is, I think we're going to just sit on it for a while and see what happens with some additional revenue streams I'm working on. I'd like to keep it. I like the house.
If we do, indeed, decide to put it up for sale again, it'll probably be as a FSBO and I'll put a link here when one exists.
